ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Candidates seeking admission into the Royal Arts Academy for a two-year National Innovative Diploma in Film and Television Production MUST possess:
1 Not less than 100 points in the current Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations {UTME} Score, in addition to five {5} credit pass in West African School Certificate {WASCE}, the General Certificate of Education {GCE}, National Examination Council {NECO}, Senior Secondary School Examinations {SSCE} or their equivalent which MUST include English Language. The other four {4} credits could be obtained from Arts, Science and Commercial related subjects at not more than TWO {2} sittings.
2 Candidates with a recognized one year certificate in Performing Arts, Music, Mass Communication, Media Arts, Creative Arts, Fine Arts and any other relevant discipline in humanities and science may be considered. In addition, they MUST possess five {5} credits O’ Level at not more than two sittings and these MUST include English Language.
Candidates with Ordinary National Diploma {OND}, Higher National Diploma {HND}, National Certificate of Education {NCE} and Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree, in core Humanities {Arts}, Management, Social and Natural Science disciplines may be admitted into Diploma One. However, they MUST possess five {5} credits O’ Level at not more than two sittings and these MUST include English Language.
3 Waiver may be granted to matured candidates of 30 years and above, who have evidence of practice, with four {4} credits O’ Level at not more than two sittings but they MUST possess credit in English Language.
